COLIV is a response to the sizeable gap in London’s Private Rented Sector (PRS) market for high specification studio accommodation. The Fund’s aim is to help resolve the housing issues faced by Generation Rent (a generation of young adults who, because of high house prices, or lifestyle choices, live in rented accommodation), by delivering on their expectation of quality and convenience, and fulfilling their desire to feel part of a community.
