About Co-Living
Co-living is an exciting housing solution, born out of dissatisfaction with the traditional housing model. It provides professionally managed, good value and flexible accommodation which meets the underserved requirements of Generation Rent.
Strategy
COLIV is a response to the sizeable gap in London’s Private Rented Sector (PRS) market for high specification studio accommodation. The Fund’s aim is to help resolve the housing issues faced by Generation Rent (a generation of young adults who, because of high house prices, or lifestyle choices, live in rented accommodation), by delivering on their expectation of quality and convenience, and fulfilling their desire to feel part of a community.
