COLIV was set up by DTZ Investors in partnership with the global co-living pioneer, The Collective. The collaboration is based on a shared vision and belief in creating co-living places which deliver a meaningful and tangible social and environmental impact.

Strategy

COLIV is a response to the sizeable gap in London’s Private Rented Sector (PRS) market for high specification studio accommodation. The Fund’s aim is to help resolve the housing issues faced by Generation Rent (a generation of young adults who, because of high house prices, or lifestyle choices, live in rented accommodation), by delivering on their expectation of quality and convenience, and fulfilling their desire to feel part of a community.
